Being a mother of twins and working at the hospital on Mondays, I’m always looking for fast, easy delicious recipes, and this one doesn’t disappoint. Courtesy of Hidden Valley Ranch.
•2-3 Lbs boneless chicken breasts
•2 (8 oz) blocks of cream cheese
•2 (1 oz) packets of dry ranch seasoning
1. In a slow cooker, combine chicken, cream cheese (I cube my cream cheese, but this is optional) and ranch seasoning.
2. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4 hours.
3. Shred chicken and mix ingredients
Some add crumbled bacon to this recipe, but that is optional.
4. Serve on a bun, pretzel bun (our fave!), or with rice. If you’re making a sandwich, I’ve seen recipes that add cheese onto the sandwich, if you want to give that a try!
