S I X MONTHS!
Bailee and Grayson are a half year old, and it’s fall which means football and fur vests! To kick off the season, Bailee and Grayson attended their first of many tailgates! They also had some other firsts by going on their first huge road trip from Indiana to Nebraska for their Uncle Zachy and Aunt Cari’s wedding, and unfortunately, they got their first cold immediately after 👎🏽
Despite them being sicky, they also had their first teeth come through!!! Two teeth each!! Their corky, sweet and occasionally, sour personalities develop more and more by the minute.Bailee loves to sleep on her tummy or on her face with her butt in the air. If you have long hair, beware! Bailee loves to pull hair, and she has the strongest grip 😬. She also love to show of her new teefers by biting anything and everything, including: furniture, toys, hands, boobs, and bottles. She also believes that every toy is hers, as well as mommy’s cell phone, and Grayson’s feet/hands.Grayson loves to talk. Every morning he wakes me up by babbling in his crib. He also loves bouncing himself and rocking himself in his car seat. He has a fascination with his tongue, and will stick it out and babble at the same time. He didn’t do as well as his sister when it came to teething, but he loves showing those teeth off now with his big silly grin! They both can hold their own bottle, however their short attention spans hinder them from holding it long. They can also sit unsupported, but we’re still working on doing it for long periods of time. They’ve finally recognized each other, and will laugh at each other. They also realize when the other sibling is getting attention, but they aren’t.
This past month has reminded me of the newborn stage with the lack of sleep and grumpiness from the teething, growth spurts and sickness, but they’re still the best babies we could ask for!
Love these little monsters so much!
