I’m a stay-at-home mom, and it’s boring sometimes. I mean, there’s always a ton to do around the house, but I’m not one to stay inside all day long. My kids are also at that age, where they constantly have to be entertained or else they go feral. Going to the Indianapolis Zoo and Children’s Museum adds up when there’s two kids and two or more adults, and it’s not financially responsible to be doing that all the time. So, whether you are just visiting Indianapolis, or you live here, it’s nice to have a list of activities you can do that won’t break the bank (with or without kids!). Here are 10 free things to do in Indianapolis, Indiana!

The Monon trail is a very popular 26 mile long trail. The trail practically visits every part of Indianapolis, including Carmel, Fishers, Broad Ripple, and downtown Indianapolis.
